  1. What is the GRI Learning & Resource Hub? 

The GRI Learning & Resource Hub is an online learning platform with self-paced, contextualized learning modules, practical toolkits, templates, case studies, and other resources to help RNPOs NGOs, CSOs, community groups, and social sector professionals build their skills. 

 

  1. Who can join the GRI Learning & Resource Hub? 

The platform is open to anyone interested in learning and contributing to social impact, including: 

NGO and CSO founders, staff and board-members 

Finance, HR, and operations teams 

Community leaders and volunteers 

Social entrepreneurs, Consultants and trainers, researchers and students and anyone curious about a career in the social sector. 

No organisation, invitation or prior experience is required to register. 

 

  1. Do I need to be part of an NGO to use the platform? 

No. The platform is open to anyone interested in learning about the social sector, strengthening nonprofit organisations, or building skills related to social impact. Whether you are an NGO professional, community leader, student, volunteer, researcher, consultant, or aspiring changemaker, you are welcome to join and learn.

  1. How do I create an account? 

Creating an account is simple and free.  Click on Sign Up, fill in a few basic details, and  your account is ready.  You can immediately start exploring courses, resources, toolkits, and other learning materials available on the platform. 

 

  1. Is there any fee to join the platform? 

No. The GRI Learning & Resource Hub is completely free to access. Anyone interested in strengthening their knowledge and skills in the social sector can register on the platform free of cost and access all available learning resources, courses, toolkits, templates, and case studies. 

 

  1. Can multiple members from the same organisation register? 

Yes. Multiple team members from the same organisation can create individual accounts and access relevant learning resources. 

 

  1. I am unable to log in. What should I do? 

You can: 

Verify that you are using the correct email address. 

Use the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password. 

Contact the GRI support team at gri@soulscale.org or through our Helpline at 1800 102 5013, if the issue persists. 

 

  1. I forgot my password. How can I reset it? 

Click on Forgot Password on the sign up page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.

  1. How do I enrol in a course? 

Simply visit the course page and click Enroll. Once enrolled, the course will appear in your dashboard. 

  1. Can I learn at my own pace? 

Yes. Most courses are self-paced, allowing you to learn whenever and wherever it is convenient for you. 

 

  1. Will my progress be saved? 

Yes. Your progress is automatically saved, so you can continue from where you left off. 

 

  1. Are the courses available in regional languages? 

GRI aims to make learning accessible to diverse users. Selected courses may be available in languages such as Hindi, Marathi and other regional languages. 

 

  1. Can I access the platform from my mobile phone? 

Yes. The platform can be accessed through smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers with an internet connection. 

 

  1. What if I have a slow internet connection? 

Many resources are designed to be low-bandwidth friendly. You may also be able to download certain learning resources and materials. 

 

  1. Do courses include assessments? 

Many courses include quizzes, knowledge checks, assignments, or assessments to help learners apply and reinforce their understanding. 

 

  1. Will I receive a certificate? 

Yes. Eligible courses provide a certificate upon successful completion of the course requirements. 

 

  1. How can I download my certificate? 

Certificates can be downloaded from your learner dashboard after course completion. 

 

  1. I completed a course but cannot see my certificate. What should I do?

  1. Can I download toolkits and templates? 

Yes. Many resources such as templates, checklists, sample policies, and guides are available for download and practical use. 

 

  1. Can I share downloaded resources with others? 

Yes in most cases.  Toolkits, templates, policy samples, guides, and case studies, are shared under a Creative Commons licence, which generally means you can use, adapt, and share them for learning and organisational, as long as you follow the specific conditions listed within that resource. We encourage users to review the licence information before reuse. 

 

  1. What are the usage rights for course content and learning resources? 

Course  videos,  modules, course content, and other original learning materials developed by GRI remain the intellectual property of GRI and are protected by copyright. 

Resources such as toolkits, templates, policy samples, and case studies may be shared under a Creative Commons licence to encourage learning, adaptation, and knowledge sharing within the social sector. Please refer to the licence details before using or distributing it. 

 

  1. Does the platform offer live learning opportunities? 

Yes. From time to time, GRI may offer webinars, expert sessions, peer-learning circles, workshops, and cohort-based learning programmes. 

 

  1. Can I connect with other learners? 

Selected programmes may include opportunities for peer learning, discussion forums, networking events, or community engagement activities. 

 

  1. Is my information safe on the platform?
